Sabbia Beach Topping-Off

Sabbia Beach Topping-OffThursday, August 17, 9:30am-11:30am – Sabbia Beach Condos, 730 North Ocean Boulevard, Pompano Beach

Developers of Sabbia Beach, the first new Pompano Beach residential development in nearly a decade, topped off construction of the 19-story building Thursday morning by raising a palm tree to the top floor. Brunch and cocktails were served at the Sabbia Beach sales gallery where Sabbia developer Danny Salvatore and Pompano Beach Mayor Lamar Fisher invited guests and buyers to step outside and watch the palm tree being raised in celebration.

Salvatore, a Pompano Beach resident himself, said he sees Sabbia Beach as a development that will help improve the image of Pompano Beach. “We are looking forward to completing this spectacular building that is a part of transforming Pompano Beach into a vibrant, multi-dimensional destination,” he said.

The building, designed by the architecture firm Arquitectonica, has 20,000 square feet of private beach and contains 68 residences.

Salvatore said that both of the building’s pent houses have already been sold, which shows him that people are identifying with Pompano Beach and what’s to come. “We couldn’t be prouder to be Pompano Beach pioneers,” Salvatore said. “The breathtaking beach view that our buyers and guests enjoyed when our sales gallery was across the street is now becoming an oceanfront reality.”

Mayor Lamar Fisher thanked Salvatore for his dedication to making Pompano Beach a more popular place to reside. “On behalf of the City of Pompano Beach, its commission and all of its residents, thank you for what you’ve done and your commitment to our city,” Fisher said. “It is well noticed and it is a game changer for us.”

The interiors of Sabbia Beach will have an “organic, luxurious and timeless feel” designed by the luxury interior design firm Steven G. “Sabbia Beach was designed to blend into its natural surroundings while offering sweeping views and an infinite sense of space,” Salvatore said.

85 percent of the Sabbia Beach condos have already sold out, according to Mayor Fisher. Construction is scheduled to end in the second quarter of 2018. #SabbiaBeach #PompanoBeach@SabbiaBeach

Louver House Opening Celebration

Louver House Opening CelebrationWednesday, August 30, 5:30pm-7:30pm – Louver House, 311 Meridian Ave, Miami Beach

Real estate investment firm Mast Capital now proves its expertise in luxury development with the completion of Louver House, the firm’s first condo project in its diverse portfolio. Designed by award-winning Miami-based architect Rene Gonzalez, Louver House is a testament to the level of quality and high design that Mast Capital will deliver to subsequent projects. The four-story building brings 12 residences to the sought-after South of Fifth neighborhood and pays homage to the rich history of Meridian Avenue.

Architect Rene Gonzalez incorporated the South of Fifth community’s distinctive elements, like its lush tree-lined streets and storied past, into the very fabric of the building. He started by preserving the memory of a historic Belvedere bungalow that was once on the Louver House site. In its exact place, he created a louvered bungalow that will be the focal point of the entrance. Mast Capital also brought on artist Michele Oka Doner to create artwork that will hang in the lobby area. The space will be draped with plants from landscape architect Savino & Miller.

With only four residences remaining, Louver House will commence closings mid-August. Buyers, who are predominantly end-users, can now move in and start enjoying their large, landscaped terraces; proximity to the beach; the property’s beach concierge service as well as its neighboring shops and restaurants. Remaining residences range from 2,088 to 2,432 interior square feet, asking $2.5 million to $3.1 million. Sales and marketing for the Louver House are exclusively handled by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
