Villa Mayfair introduces a new “Fire & Ice” pairing menu, available Tuesday evenings throughout the month of April. The “Fire & Ice” pairing menu offers an assortment of fresh and spicy cocktails, paired to perfection with a carefully selected appetizer, entrée and dessert. Villa Mayfair’s world famous Executive Chef, Frederic Joulin, has put together a pairing menu concentrating on bringing out the zesty and refreshing flavors that makeup the cuisine at Villa Mayfair. Cost: $45 per person plus tax and gratuity.
