Blue Collar Restaurant’s 5 Wines, 5 Plates, 5 States dinner, where you can sample non-fructose syrup-based meals from across the country in an intimate deli-style setting. You’ll enjoy dishes from Oregon, New Mexico, Washington, New York, and Virginia, all with complementing wine choices. To the backdrop of live music, you’ll down huevos rancheros while sipping New Mexico Sparkling Blanc de Noirs, then move onto the Manhattan cut strip with Long Island Merlot Blend Famiglia.
