Cantina Beach Chef de Cuisine Andres Parlange and Agave Specialist David Grapshi invite guests to experience a culinary journey to the world of authentic Mexican cuisine and fine tequilas at Miami’s only oceanfront, open-air coastal Mexican restaurant. For one magical evening, you’ll be lavished with hand-crafted Corazon Blanco, 7 Leguas Reposado and Del Maguey specialty cocktails and house made guacamole, while Chef Andres Parlange presents a four-course menu with flourish as he peppers it with historical facts, traditions from his Chiapas-homeland and culinary heritage. Agave specialist David Grapshi will pair carefully chosen tequilas with each course and share insight into rare and exclusive tequila production.
