Coincidence? Not at all. PALO! Cheese Ball at PAX will be the cheesiest shindig you’ve ever attended. Starting at 8pm enjoy a complimentary open bar until 9:30pm and sample some gourmet cheese courtesy of Winn-Dixie. Hosted by Christine Najac of South Florida Food and Wine. Mingle & network with food and wine industry people, foodies, and lovers of all things cheesy. The incredible CubanCube Food Truck will be there all night dishing up their delicious Cuban-inspired delights, including, of course: cheese balls. Enjoy award-winning smokes from Sosa Cigars. At 11pm PALO! hits the stage with the Afro-Cuban Funk. The person with the cheesiest outfit will win a $50 bar tab. Free entry until 10pm and $10 after. Free parking.
