Being developed by a joint venture between Sakor Development and an affiliate of Encore Housing Opportunity Fund (the developers behind Miami Worldcenter), the 36-story tower will feature 330 luxury residences, award-winning architecture by Arquitectonica, and a one-of-a-kind resort inspired design by global hospitality design studio Hirsch Bedner Associates. Cervera Real Estate is exclusively handling ION’s sales and marketing.
Pre-construction prices start in the low $300,000s, and the units will be one to three bedrooms, plus six two-story town homes. The project will include a 75-foot heated lap pool, a Jacuzzi, a pool-side cinema, private cabanas, an outdoor kitchen, a hammock garden, a fire pit, a bocce court and a fitness center. There will be a separate 20,000-square-foot building on Biscayne Boulevard with restaurant and retail space.
