Guests joined NPH USA and Southeast Director Leah Stern, for a Cocktail Soiree at the Oceanaire Seafood Room in Mary Brickell Village, to support the children of Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH, Spanish for “Our Little Brothers and Sisters”). Supporters enjoyed cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, an auction and raffle. Evening special guest was NPH Pequeño from Haiti Billy Jean, who shared his story of strength and resilience.
For more than 40 years, NPH USA (formerly Friends of the Orphans) has worked to end the vicious cycle of poverty by giving safe and loving homes and brighter futures to over 3,600 homes for orphaned, abandoned and disadvantaged children throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. NPH is dedicated to improving the lives of orphaned, abandoned and disadvantaged children through the support of the NPS network of orphanages in Latin America and the Caribbean.
