Maserati North America, Inc.celebrates Cento anni di Maserati – 100 years of Maserati, in true Italian style. This epic series of driving events to honor the Maserati’s 100th Anniversary is taking place in key cities across America. Approximately 100 Maserati owners and enthusiasts will be drawn from across the U.S. to showcase their finest automobiles at this significant centenary milestone, signaling the largest gatherings of Maseratis on record in the U.S. Each Cento anni di Maserati rally will include a historically-significant bridge or landmark on the driving route, bridging a century of manufacturing to life.
In December 1914, the Maserati brothers Alfieri, Ettore and Ernesto Maserati opened their first workshop in Bologna, Italy, and throughout 2014, Maserati has been celebrating its birthday in style all over the world. To tribute to unique celebration, Miami celebrated with a parade of 100 owner-driven Maserati’s through the streets of Miami. Maserati owners gathered at Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) for a breakfast reception and speech by Peter Grady, President & CEO of Maserati North America, inviting owners to join the historic procession to the Miami International Auto Show. The MC12 Maserati race car led the procession of over 100 cars over the MacArthur Causeway, through iconic Ocean Drive, and up to the Miami Beach Convention Center, where participants were treated to early entrance at the auto show as well as a Champagne toast to the Cento Anni di Maserati at the manufacturer’s auto show display. #Maserati100
