Nikki Beach’s Famous Sunday BrunchPosted on: January 31st, 2016 by SoFlaNights.com
A South Beach landmark since 1998, Nikki Beach continues to delight guests with their South of France-style joie de vivre, lively DJs and dancers, and iconic white daybeds and teepees recognizable anywhere in the world. Nikki Beach’s Sunday Brunch is long considered one of the best brunches on South Beach, offering a myriad of stations and dishes ranging from savory prime rib and whole roast pork, to live paella stations teaming with fresh seafood, handmade pasta made to order on site, custom omelettes, house pickled vegetables, Nutella waffles, decadent deserts and plus a craft Bloody Mary bar, offering 18 different variations of this vodka-soaked nutritional breakfast and hangover cure. Brunch also includes a dessert station offered by recently open Cafe Nikki.
Chef Frank Ferreiro, originally from Rome, is the Chef behind Nikki Beach’s chic beach-side lunches and opulent Sunday brunches. Chef Frank created a modern makeover of America’s favorite brunch foods “Nikki Beach’s Deconstructed Eggs Benedict Casserole,” featuring Sous Vide style egg, broken biscuit and Chef’s signature Hollandaise sauce, baked in a terra-cotta cazuela dish. Served either Serrano Ham Florentine style or with Salmon, this savory, multi-step casserole is prepared from Su Vide to pan to oven specially for each guests. Included as part of Nikki Beach’s ongoing Sunday Brunch buffet, the Deconstructed Eggs Benedict Casserole is included in the $49.95 per person price. #NikkiBeachMiami @NikkiBeachMiami
