The 2015 Feast of the Sea Chef’s Challenge Series is shaping up to be the most talented and unique lineup of chefs and locations. The Maestro del Mar or Chef’s Challenge kicked off on June 24th at Wine Scene in West Palm Beach. Chef Fritz Cassel of Hullabaloo made his return. He was joined by the executive Chef Robert Mauro from the new Whole Foods Market West Palm Beach, executive Chef Roberto Villegas from Table 427, and Chef Joe Ferro from Table 26 Palm Beach rounded up Semi-Finals #1.

Guests were able to meet and watch each chef battling for glory while sample delicious recipes from each restaurant, enjoy refreshing beverages; including wine, beer, and cocktails from great sponsors. The winner of first celebrity Chef’s Challenge of the Feast of the Sea Seafood Festival was Chef Fritz and his Team from Hullabaloo Gastro Pub. Next Chef Challenge at the International Polo Club July 22nd.
