Chef Allen’s Farm-to-Table MondayMonday, January 22, 6pm-8pm – Book & Books Cafe at the Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, 255 NE 14th St, Miami

The Café at Books & Books is proud to collaborate with the Florida Grand Opera in a new series of opera themed farm-to-table dinners. Before each premiere, the FGO will offer a lively and informative series of mini-lectures pegged to their 2017-18 season. The series features Justin Moss, FGO’s Director of Broward Operations and Outreach, widely known to South Florida audiences for his popular pre-performance lectures at FGO. Moss will be interviewed by Brian Kellow, New York Times best-selling author and Public Relations Manager of FGO. The 30 minute lecture will be followed by a farm-fresh meal prepared by Chef Allen Susser. Always a five-course, vegetarian meal, prepared from local, seasonally-based ingredients. Served family-style, so that you have a chance to meet your neighbors.
