Ni.Do Caffe New Location in Miami ShoresPosted on: September 8th, 2015 by Agustina Pais
Ni.Do. Caffe strives to provide authentic Italian cooking, featuring the best and freshest ingredients, both imported and locally sourced. One look at the menu and you’re taken to Italy.
“You won’t find Spaghetti with Meatballs on this menu”, says Executive Chef Claudio Sandri.
New location in Miami Shores also offers popular Mozzarella Bar, and carefully curated wine list in a warm and family-friendly ambiance. Also available at the new location is a small market featuring everything on the menu, from pastas and cheeses to cold cuts and beers, and even ceramic olive oil and vinegar sets made in Deruta, Italy.
Entirely new to the restaurant is an extensive selection of creative pizzas featuring options like the Sicilia, with San Marzano tomato sauce mozzarella and spicy soppressata; and Adriatica, with mozzarella, ricotta cheese, mussels, shrimp, scallops, fresh parsley and garlic; along with several focaccia options.
For an unforgettable dining experience, be sure to start your night with Suppli alla Romana.
Similar to a Latin croquette, this antipasti has its own charm. Crunchy on the outside and risotto based on the inside, the semi-spicy sauce is what gives it the extra flavor. New addition to the menu is highly praised Ravioli di Ossobuco di Vitello, veal ossobuco, large ravioli, butter and fresh tomato sauce. If you are a fish lover, the Branzino Mediterraneo is a must try. Branzino filet is cooked to perfection with a tangy red pepper sauce.
A perfect way to end a meal is with their delicious and signature II Cioccolato. This is a semisweet chocolate with Italian peperoncino (red pepper flakes), a thin layer of crust made with pine cuts and honey, topped with black lava salt and paired with fig-walnut ice cream.
Ni. Do. Miami Shores features 90 indoor seats and a patio with seating for 50, a spacious dining room and bar, and a private dining area complete with a projector and its own bar. Ni. Do. Caffe is open for dinner daily from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Starting September 21, the eatery will open for lunch with weekend brunch to follow this fall. @nidocaffemiami
