Chef Adrianne Calvo, the South Florida based chef, who dazzles patrons with innovative culinary style and loads of personality, hosted the “Dark Dining: Eve of Prohibition Ball”, presented by Bacardi, at the Westin Colonnade Coral Gables, and benefiting The Ronald McDonald House Charities South Florida. The mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) is to create, find and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children in South Florida.
The Dark Dining Ball Series of events was born out of the popularity, of the Dark Dining events at Chef Adrianne’s restaurant, Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Wine Bar. The first Dark Dining Ball was a masquerade themed soiree, and a big success, which saw over 800 attendees enjoy over-the-top entertainment, cocktails and signature dishes. The Dark Dining: Eve of Prohibition Ball featured sensuous and exotic entertainers, exquisite Chef Adrianne signature dishes, and a premium open bar by Bacardi.
