Chefs Up Front is a unique epicurean experience, where South Florida’s most acclaimed chefs create and prepare a decadent five-course dinner table-side, paired with wine, for individual tables of 10 All proceeds from the decadent sit-down dinner, reception and auction assist FLIPANY (Florida Introduces Physical Activity and Nutrition to Youth) to support Share Our Strength’s Cooking Matters™ program and its 500 participants.

Cooking Matters is a program that teaches children and their families how to make healthy food choices, cook healthy meals and shop for nutritious foods on a budget. All funds raised from the event support Cooking Matters for a total of 500 participants: schoolchildren and their families in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Chefs Up Front Miami, hosted at the Biltmore Hotel presented 18 of South Florida’s top chefs preparing a five-course table-side dinner paired with wine. The “Chefs Up Front” Miami chef lineup included:

At the 6th annual “Chefs Up Front” Fort Lauderdale dinner, reception and auction more than 100 guests experienced an unforgettable gastronomical evening, presented by Holman Automotive, raising nearly $40,000 for Share Our Strength’s Cooking Matters™ program. Parties of 10 reveled in delightful meals prepared table-side by the renowned chefs, as well as exquisite wine pairings, aboard the South Beach Lady Yacht, which cruised down the Intracoastal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale, and was emceed by Kimmy B, morning show co-host of Miami radio station HITS 97.3.
