2016 saw Corona’s paradisical activation Electric Beach enter into its biggest year yet with an expansion that doubled its active market size to now include New York, Miami, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Fort Lauderdale, Fire Island, and D.C.The nationwide event series brought electronic music’s brightest stars to headline their events including Matoma, A-TRAK, Party Favor, Giraffage, Illenium, Keys N Krates (DJ Set) SNBRN, Autograf (DJ Set), Jillionaire of Major Lazer, Grandtheft, Thomas Jack, Bixel Boys, Ape Drums, Craze, Astronomar, and more. Last, but certainly not least, Electric Beach also partnered with festival pioneers Insomniac and HARD Events to bring the Electric Beachexperience to the grounds of Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas and Orlando, Nocturnal Wonderland, as well as HARD Summer in SoCal.
The 2017 season is already in full swing for Electric Beach. Kicking off the year, Miami saw the return of the activation with critically acclaimed headliner Gryffin leading the way. Now on February 19th, Electric Beach will be returning to South Beach’s go-to beachfront venue Clevelander for a poolside day party from 3pm-8pm. Hopping behind the decks for this occasion, the event brand has recruited French electronic music tastemaker, Watermät, to fuel the sun soaked festivity.
