Midtown Miami Magazine and Phuc Yea presented the “1st Annual Made In Dade Chef’s Cookout” featuring Miami’s very own Chefs Michael Beltran (Ariete), Rene Reyes & John Gallo (Pinch Kitchen) Niven Patel (Ghee Indian Kitchen) and Cesar Zapata (Phuc Yea). It was fun and casual craw-fish boil with craft cocktails, a shucks and suds station with Blue Island Oysters and a other amazing eats like Viet Cajun Seafood Boil, Carmel Pork Spare Ribs and Caja China to celebrate the best of those Made in Dade! Open bar was sponsored by Ketel One, Tanqueray 10, Ron Zacapa & Estrella Damm Beer.
