The Grand Reveal of Española WayTuesday, June 6, 5:30pm-8pm – El Paseo Hotel on Española Way, 419 A Espanola Way, Miami Beach

Scott Robins Companies, Infinity Real Estate Group, Trust Hospitality and Travel Massive celebrated the grand opening of El Paseo Hotel, a legendary property comprised of seven, three-story villas on Miami Beach’s most historic destination, Española Way. The opening celebration was hosted in conjunction with the grand reveal of Española Way to debut the completion of the $2.5 million restoration project organized by the City of Miami Beach to reclaim the picturesque and pedestrian-only street’s place in history. Locals and travelers joined Española Way’s ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor Philip Levine, followed by a celebratory block-party. Guests enjoyed street-side live performances and entertainment, complimentary cocktails and light bites served by Española Way Restaurants and Toast Vodka.  Guests were also be able to explore the European-style restaurants and fine retail businesses surrounding El Paseo Hotel.

El Paseo Hotel, known for its soulful Spanish-French colonial style in the heart of South Beach, features elements of Spanish, Moroccan, Italian, and French architecture, including tile roofs, rounded archways and charming balconies. The new boutique property is reopening after a $7 million renovation, welcoming business and leisure travelers alike to an oasis of Mediterranean revival style, just steps away from famed Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road. Thoughtfully designed to evoke a picturesque Spanish village with large overhangs, thick stucco walls and glazed tile-painted signs, the cozy Española Way celebrates its rich past today as a must-stop destination to shop, eat, drink and people watch amongst an international crowd.
