2017 MLB All-Star Fitness Weekend

The MLB All-Star Week is coming to Downtown Miami and we have detailed the events that are happening and we encourage you to attend either one, if not ALL of them. Favorites are Fan Fest July 7 through 11 at MB Convention Center, the Home Run Derby on Monday (Go Stanton!) and the All Star Game on Tuesday at Marlins Park. Plus, you can take part in Nike’s Electric Run and MLB All-Star Zumba set for Bayfront Park.

Electric Run MLB All-Star 5K, Presented by Nike
Saturday, July 8, 8pm – Bayfront Park, 301 Biscayne Bld, Miami
Electric Run MLB All-Star 5K, Presented by Nike will feature a never before 5k course that will give participants the opportunity to run on Biscayne Blvd. and Port Blvd. Bridge. After crossing the finish line, attendees will experience an epic after party featuring Lil Jon’s DJ set. MLB legends and MLB mascots will be wandering throughout the event and in the festival area. Runners will party their way through five mind-blowing “worlds” at Electric Run MLB All-Star 5K, Presented by Nike—dancing, walking or running their way through worlds like Candy Lane, with larger-than-life gumdrops, ice cream cones, gummy bears and the scent of cotton candy in the air; a Rainforest, where attendees can run inside Terminal J right on the ocean with a view of the entire city and umbrellas overhead with jungle sounds; Under the Sea theme, filled with bubbles, seaweed, jellyfish, a coral reef, and the smell of ocean air to get your mermaid on; and finally Rainbow Road with technicolor arches lighting the way as runners get to party through Port Blvd. Bridge toward the city skyline. #ASG #RunTheNight @ElectricRun

MLB All-Star Zumba®

Pre-party at the event with vendors, food trucks, a mimosa bar, a Zumba store to get extra apparel, and get the opportunity to take photos with MLB mascot. Gatorade All-Star Workout Day, featuring the T-Mobile Home Run Derby, is starting 8 p.m. Marlins slugger Giancarlo Stanton gets the chance to defend his Home Run Derby crown at home. The Yankees’ Aaron Judge may be the talk of the baseball world in 2017, he still has to go through Stanton.
