Celebrating its 34th anniversary, Miami Dade College’s Miami Film Festival, featuring a world-class lineup of stars and wonderful film screenings from around the globe plus exciting learning opportunities for movie fans. MiamiFF is considered the preeminent film festival for showcasing Ibero-American cinema in the U.S. The Festival features 10 days of red carpet premieres, global talent, narrative feature, documentary and short films, masterclasses, parties, and chances for audience members to interact with top and emerging filmmakers. Films will be screened at Centro Cultural Español (CCE)/ Microtheater, Coral Gables Art Cinema, River Yacht Club MDC’s Tower Theater (Theater 1 & 2), Miami Beach Cinematheque, O Cinema Miami Beach, Olympia Theater, Regal 17, Regal 18 and the Rooftop of The SuntTust Building.
Join the opening night film + party at Olympia Theater featuring the premiere of “Norman: The Moderate Rise and Tragic Fall of A New York Fixer”, with acclaimed actor, producer and humanitarian Richard Gere, and followed by after party at The Historic Alfred I. Dupont Building presented by Korbel.
