Vixen Workout Hollywood Grand Opening

Vixen Workout Hollywood Grand OpeningThursday, May 25, 8:15pm-9:15pm – PerFit, 619 N 21 Ave, Hollywood

A new home has been found in Broward County for the Vixen Workout! Come PerFit in Hollywood for Vixen Workout’s Grand Opening with Mai! The Vixen Workout is an intense sexy hip hop dance cardio class that is designed FOR women BY women. With professionally choreographed routines, the Vixen Workout incorporates plyometrics, squats, core work and is considered a HIIT workout. In a Vixen Workout class you can burn anywhere from 400-1000 calories. In class, the lights go out and you will experience the illusion of being a performer on stage, you transform into your “alter-ego” and become your own Beyonce, Ciara, J-Lo, or Rihanna. The Vixen Workout is not your average fitness class. It is an experience like no other. This class is for YOU. It becomes YOUR moment. It’s an hour break from the world where you can escape your daily role as a mother, a wife, a student, an employee, or a boss. We encourage you to be selfish in this class, make it about you and allow yourself to remember what you love about YOURSELF.
